Relics Issue 01 (First Press)

These are the first press copies, a test run, of Relics issue 01. Changes from first press to second press include:

•Slight changes to front and back covers:
No bordering background images, DFA stamp on front cover, "smudged" fonts.
•Changes in framing and lighting on two images.
•Satin coating.
•Printed on 80lb text.

rel·​ic : a survivor or remnant left after decay, disintegration, or disappearance

Relics is entirely geared towards railroad history; photo documentation of what remains from the tail end of the golden era of American freight railroading, and presenting it in a tangible form.

All content in Issue 01 was shot over a three day period of traveling across southern Colorado, knocking on doors, jumping fences, and dropping cameras in the snow during March of 2022.

A5, printed 80lb text.* Twenty-eight pages, including front and back, containing twenty-four photos, all shot on 35mm between three different cameras.
